Pay particular attention to:

1. When dosing, open one pipeline corresponding to the metering pump (ensure that the metering pump and related pipelines are unblocked and intact) and close the other pipeline.

2, the top of the device is equipped with an overflow pipe to prevent the overflow of liquid medicine, through the sewage pipeline outflow.

3. A tubular filter is arranged at the inlet of the dosing metering pump to prevent large particulate solid substances from entering the metering pump and damaging the metering pump.

III. Maintenance of dosing device

The pipeline of dosing device shall be kept unblocked at any time. Check the connection parts, filters, feed inlet and discharge outlet of the device regularly and irregularly to observe whether there are deposited substances in these parts. If these symptoms are found, they shall be cleaned up in time.

To regularly check whether the metering pump inlet is blocked, the pipeline, filter cleaning regularly to prevent blocking.

Regularly check the stirring device, check whether the stirring shaft rotates flexibly, whether the impeller is twisted and deformed, and whether the coupling sleeve is loose, so as to avoid excessive shaft torque and consumption of stirring power. If there is damage, replace it in time.
